We Appreciate Your Support

The preservation and restoration of our properties and structures are an expensive and  labor-intensive task. This is why your donation of time, money, or materials will help us meet our goals and move us forward especially during this time of Covid when we are faced with bills but are unable to open and provide programs.

If you are interested in volunteering, please email us at wallingfordcthistory@gmail.com

You can make your donation to the Trust through giveGreater.org, the Community Foundation of Greater New Haven here.

Corporate Sponsorships

The Wallingford Historic Preservation Trust is the owner and caretaker of the Nehemiah Royce House (1672) and the American Silver Museum at the Franklin Johnson Mansion (1866). In 1991, the Wallingford Historic Preservation Trust (WHPT), a 501(c)3 organization, was formed to preserve the town’s architectural and cultural history. Our Board of Trustees, Collections, Events, Library, Archives members and docents are all volunteers. We are offering businesses in Wallingford with longstanding family histories to join us in our preservation efforts.
